EFG Harris Allday is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Assistant to support Client Relationship Officers in managing client relationships and portfolios. The role involves advanced transaction management, client interaction, product promotion, and strategic relationship development.

Tasks

Client Administration & Support

  • Advanced transaction management: Monitoring complex customer transfers, payments, and foreign exchange transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strategic customer interaction: Engagement with customers and internal stakeholders such as Operations, Compliance and offshore entities to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve advanced requests.
  • Product promotion: Recommendation, promotion, and arrangement of sophisticated banking and investment products and services within the scope of certification.

Proposition & Productivity

  • Strategic relationship development: Supporting customer relationship officers in acquiring high-value customers and maintaining existing relationships through targeted cross-selling campaigns, strategic marketing campaigns, and exclusive events.
  • Market expertise: Stay abreast of industry, socio-economic and regulatory developments to provide expert advice and support.
  • Innovative leadership: Leading the contribution of ideas to improve business processes and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
  • Customer loyalty: Ensuring fair treatment of customers, acting in their best interests, and providing transparent, efficient, and professional services.

Process & Platform

  • Account management: Performing thorough due diligence checks for new account openings, ensuring accuracy and completeness in customer documents.
  • Customer instructions: Execution of complex customer instructions and preparation of comprehensive documentation for loan applications.
  • Portfolio monitoring: Monitoring of client portfolios to ensure optimal investment strategies, compliance with regulations and timely responses to market changes.
  • Administration: Drafting reports, consolidating meeting notes, and developing advanced investment proposals.
  • Research: Conducting in-depth company research and regularly updating investment reports.
  • Event communication: Researching significant corporate events and creating strategic customer communications.
  • Relationship management: Supporting the customer relationship team in managing high-value customer relationships and handling advanced daily requirements and inquiries.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven Fit & A: Competent status in the most recent certified role.
  • CISI Level I qualification * with the goal of achieving Level 6 qualification within 24 months of starting, supported by EFG.
  • Membership of CISI *.
  • Extensive experience in investment assistance and customer relationship management.
