Job description

Tasks

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, LBO and trade/transaction comparison analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, valuation metrics and key industry trends.
• Lead the preparation of client presentations, investment memoranda and marketing materials.
• Supporting the execution of ongoing transactions, including process management, due diligence, negotiations and deal structuring.
• Assist in the creation and development of new business opportunities by conducting market and business research.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as lawyers, accountants and consultants.
• Advise and guide junior analysts in financial modeling, presentation preparation and industry research.

Requirements

Education

• Strong academic background with a degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
• CFA designation is a plus.

Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, corporate development or management consulting with strong exposure to financial analysis.
