Senior IT Architect

Overview

We are looking for an IT architect with a passion for IT innovations and trends who is visionary, motivated, and team-oriented.

Tasks

The role of IT architect involves responsibility for designing our IT infrastructure and architecture. You will act as the link between the specialist departments, our IT development team, and our internal and external partners. You are an expert in application and integration architecture. With your expertise in enterprise architecture/enterprise integration, you are the hub for application and integration architecture. Your tasks include:

• Ensure consultation and review of solution designs for application and future architecture.
• Further development and implementation of governance mechanisms and documentation standards to ensure compliance with IT and application standards.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• More than 5 years of experience in IT architecture
• Completed degree (university/ETH, PH, HF) in computer science
• German (business fluent) and English (fluent)
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, application platforms, security and software solutions, as well as advanced technical skills
• Experience in setting up and using EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, etc.) as well as new or established enterprise repository tools
• Experience as an IT architect, cloud computing, and/or IT architecture
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly, concisely, and in a manner appropriate to the target audience.
