(Senior) IT Audit Manager or Internal Audit Manager
The Swiss National Bank is looking for an experienced IT Audit Manager (Senior) for its Internal Audit department to protect the bank's reputation and assets and to contribute to its continuous development. Tasks
- They ask the right questions, recognize opportunities and risks at an early stage and develop pragmatic, courageous and future-oriented solutions.
- They use audits not only for control purposes, but also as a platform for dialog, inspiration and further development - always with the aim of creating real added value.
- They bring in new perspectives, manage complex projects with confidence and create trust and impact for all stakeholders, including the Bank Council, bank management, line units and IT.
- You cultivate active stakeholder management: you are close to the relevant decision-makers, listen, convince with facts and data and win through your personality.
- You provide competent advice to your clients and, in your role as a specialist advisor to the Board of Directors, you also provide bank management with relevant insights and open up new perspectives for strategic decisions.
- They represent Internal Audit in internal committees and international central bank working groups.
- They drive innovation in methodology, tools and approaches and set standards for a "state of the art" internal audit.
- You are a critical, empathetic, sympathetic and reliable sparring partner who knows how to convey challenging topics with joy and persuasiveness.
Requirements
- University degree (preferably in (business) informatics), ideally supplemented by further training such as CISA or CISP.
- In-depth understanding of IT processes, applications, infrastructure and IT security; know-how in cloud technologies an advantage.
- Several years of relevant experience in IT auditing, consulting or a comparable role.
- Critical and independent mindset with an eye for the big picture; "can do" mentality coupled with the talent to find practical and entrepreneurial solutions; strong communication skills with the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way.
- Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of French is a plus.
