Senior IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Job description

Your challenge

• Analysis and documentation of business and IT requirements in coordination with internal and external stakeholders (specialist departments, IT teams, partners)
• Identification and evaluation of process optimizations and participation in their implementation
• Creation of solution concepts and support for technical implementation
• Support in test planning and execution (e.g. functional tests) to ensure quality and functionality
• Creation and maintenance of technical and specialist documentation (e.g. specifications, manuals)
• Close cooperation with project management, development and specialist departments to ensure efficient implementation of requirements

Your profile

• Completed training or studies in business informatics, business administration, banking or a comparable qualification
• Experience with workflow and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) and common project management methods (agile/waterfall)
• Experience in requirements analysis for banking processes
• Sound knowledge of the Avaloq core banking system
• Analytical way of thinking, structured way of working and high service orientation
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills in dealing with technical and professional stakeholders
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
