Your challenges
- Analysis and documentation of business and IT requirements in consultation with internal and external stakeholders (specialist departments, IT teams, partners)
- Identification and evaluation of process optimizations and participation in their implementation
- Creation of solution concepts and support for technical implementation
- Support in test planning and execution (e.g. functional tests) to ensure quality and functionality
- Creation and maintenance of technical and specialist documentation (e.g. specifications, manuals)
- Close cooperation with project management, development and specialist departments to ensure efficient implementation of requirements
Your profile
- Completed training or studies in business information, business administration, banking or a comparable qualification
- Experience with workflow and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) and common project management methods (agile/waterfall)
- Experience in requirements analysis for banking processes
- Sound knowledge of the Avaloq core banking system
- Analytical way of thinking, structured way of working and high service orientation
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills in dealing with technical and professional stakeholders
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
