Senior IT Controller (Full-Time) (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Take a leading role in Run-the-Bank (RtB) and Change-the-Bank (CtB) financial reporting, planning, and closing activities
• Conduct or coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses to serve as a basis for decision-making regarding RtB and CtB portfolios
• Lead and/or support strategic initiatives and projects by collaborating with teams and functions such as Finance, Group IT, the Transformation Office, etc.
• Lead and/or support transformation initiatives related to front-to-back processes and governance issues
• Conduct ad hoc queries and analyses at the senior management level
• Create polished, story-driven presentations for various committees and stakeholders within the group

Requirements

• Strong academic background: A university degree in business administration, finance, accounting, econometrics, or a comparable field of study with above-average grades
• At least 5–7 years of experience in a comparable or related role within the banking industry / Background in management consulting with a focus on technology / banking / the financial sector
• Strong interest in technology, private banking, and finance
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with a strong aptitude for quantitative modeling
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. Programming skills (e.g., VBA, Python, SQL, R) and knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) are a plus.
• Strong personal drive, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to work under pressure
