Job Title

• Senior IT Lead - Asset Onboarding, Connectivity & Integration Delivery 100% (f/m/d)
• Contract with an external payroll partner, immediate start through December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension

Tasks

• Leading the requirements analysis, solution and security architecture, and technical implementation for the integration of asset onboarding and order execution capabilities
• Implementation of FIX connectivity, trading interfaces, and integrations with internal and external platforms
• Translation of business requirements into test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Serves as the primary SME for technical issues, SWIFT messaging, securities master data workflows, and acts as a liaison between business and technology teams
• Coordination of end-to-end testing activities, including connectivity, system integration, and cybersecurity testing, as well as migration validation
• Ensuring coordination among business, technology, operations, suppliers, custodians, and external providers to achieve production readiness
• Proactive management of technical dependencies, risks, defects, and delivery deadlines; successful onboarding and migration outcomes

Requirements

• Extensive experience in providing trading technology, execution services, and integration initiatives in private banking, wealth management, and capital markets environments
• Strong analytical, technical, and business analysis skills, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and comprehensive test documentation
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting FIX connectivity, trading workflows, and system integration across internal platforms, external counterparties, and custodians
• Extensive knowledge of execution services, securities and fund trading, order management, settlement, custody processes, and SWIFT messaging standards
• Practical experience in defining and conducting system integration tests (SIT) and user acceptance tests (UAT), connectivity tests, migration trials, and production readiness activities
• Ability to serve as the primary SME and liaison between business, technology, operations, suppliers, and external service providers to ensure successful end-to-end delivery
