Senior IT Project Lead - Source to Contract (Full-Time) (f/m/d)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT project manager to lead the implementation of source-to-contract functionality across our procurement, financial accounting, and HR systems.

Your tasks

• Management of projects with external solution providers
• Project management with CTB budgets exceeding CHF 1 million using traditional methods
• Close collaboration with multiple teams and coordination among various stakeholders (IT and Procurement, Financial Accounting, and HR)

Your requirements

• Proven experience in project management with external solution providers
• Experience with SAP Cloud (Ariba) or similar solutions
• Ability to handle project administration, including reporting and financial control
• Strong presentation and communication skills, effective with technical and business audiences
• A quick learner with a solid understanding of the business context and project management
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence
• Strong interpersonal skills: problem-solving, empathy, coaching, relationship management, and a can-do attitude
• Strong negotiation skills with various stakeholder groups
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is preferred
