Senior IT Project Lead - Treasury 100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Lead for the Treasury team to manage and oversee the implementation of treasury projects. The position is a 100% temporary position until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
Tasks
We are looking for an experienced IT project lead to manage the implementation of various treasury projects such as Treasury P&L Control and FX Sell Down.Requirements
- Proven track record in managing similar projects with corresponding CTB budgets >CHF 5 million using traditional methods
- Experience in managing multiple projects with external/third-party solution providers
- Enjoy close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between different stakeholders (IT and business)
- Ability to handle the administrative aspects of the project (reporting, financial control, etc.)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills at senior management level
- Fast learner and understanding of the business context and project governance
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with various senior stakeholders from business and IT
- Solid skills in Jira and Confluence
- Project management certification or equivalent qualification/experience
- Problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
