Senior IT Project Manager - Liquidity Risk Management Asia (Full-Time) (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Manage the implementation and customization of "Liquidity Risk Management Asia" to enhance internal liquidity controls and tools and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage approvals, Stage-Gate reviews, and minimum security and control standards
• Manage all administrative aspects of the project lifecycle, including progress reporting, financial tracking, forecast updates, resource planning, and risk and issue tracking
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in IT, finance, treasury, risk, and compliance, providing clear and timely communication tailored to the needs of the audience
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for steering committees, executive sponsors, and operational teams
• Support a smooth transition and the sustainable handover of delivered solutions to operational organizations, with appropriate documentation and change enablement activities
• Effectively apply agile principles and tools, particularly Jira and Confluence for backlog tasks and knowledge management

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects with OTB budgets exceeding CHF 1 million
• Familiarity with liquidity risk management frameworks, regulatory reporting, or treasury operations at a financial institution
• Proven experience leading global, matrix-style projects involving internal and external teams as well as third-party vendors
• A hands-on approach to project implementation, with a proven ability to independently manage all operational aspects of large-scale IT projects, including regular reporting, budget tracking, financial control, resource allocation, and milestone forecasting
• Solid knowledge of modern project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
• Certified project manager (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across cultures and time zones
• A quick learner with strong analytical skills, able to quickly grasp complex business contexts
