Senior IT Project Manager - Liquidity Risk Management Asia

Tasks

• Management of all administrative aspects of the project lifecycle, including progress reporting, financial tracking, forecast updates, resource planning, and risk and issue tracking
• Primary point of contact for stakeholders in IT, finance, treasury, risk, and compliance, providing clear and timely communication tailored to the audience’s needs
• Preparation and delivery of high-quality presentations for steering committees, executive sponsors, and operational teams
• Champion a smooth transition and the sustainable handover of delivered solutions to operational organizations, supported by appropriate documentation and change enablement activities
• Application of agile principles and tools, particularly Jira and Confluence, for backlog, task, and knowledge management

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects with CIB budgets exceeding CHF 1 million
• Familiarity with liquidity risk management frameworks, regulatory reporting, or treasury operations at a financial institution
• Proven experience leading global, cross-functional projects involving internal and external teams as well as third-party vendors
• A hands-on approach to project implementation, with a proven ability to independently manage all operational aspects of large-scale IT projects, including regular reporting, budget tracking, financial control, resource allocation, and milestone forecasting
• Solid knowledge of modern project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
• Certified project manager (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups
