Senior IT Service Owner & Application Responsible - FIS Applications 100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is looking for a Senior IT Service Owner & Application Responsible for FIS applications who is responsible for the analysis, development, and implementation of solutions and has at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. The job is advertised as a full-time position in Zurich and has a contract term until April 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
Tasks
- Business analysis, solution development, development, testing, and implementation of fixes (Run-the-Bank - RIB) and changes (Change-the-Bank - CIB), coordinated with the provider or software manufacturerYour profile
- Degree or equivalent qualification in information technology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a senior IT service owner or application manager
- Solid understanding of IT governance, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management at a strategic level
- Experience in conducting or approving analyses and designs prior to development
- Leadership or active participation in development, testing, and deployment in accordance with standards and best practices
- Practical experience in installing and configuring hardware and software
- Advocacy and support for agile methods and tools
- Professional knowledge of Unix and Windows server environments, including application support
- Knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Independent worker with a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
