Senior IT Service Owner

Your role

As a Senior IT Service Owner at the bank, you will be part of our IT Group Service Team and responsible for critical, compliance-related IT services, including service management, service operations, change management, and application support.

Your tasks

• Understanding business objectives and developing/refining corresponding IT services in the area of compliance-related processes such as account opening, periodic KYC verification, fraud prevention, or fund transfer compliance.
• Communication and coordination with all parties involved
• Ensuring and maintaining the IT service catalog and service documentation
• Ensuring and coordinating incident, problem, and change management processes
• Assessing and mitigating service risks and responding to risk-related matters such as audits, access rights controls, and risk assessments
• Identify and implement continuous service improvements through automation and process improvement in accordance with ITIL practices.
• Manage, monitor, and report on service level agreements and performance
• Managing software support and maintenance contracts

Your profile

• University degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field, or completed vocational training or similar banking training
• Industry-specific knowledge is required
• Proven ability and experience in IT service management
• Strong knowledge of bank compliance processes (account opening, KYC, AML, KYT, fraud prevention, etc.)
• Knowledge of ITIL practices is required.
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously at a high level of quality
• Fluent English; fluent German and/or French is an advantage
