Senior Java Backend Developer (m/f/d)

Tasks

The "Digital Platforms" department is looking for an experienced Java backend developer who can help design and take responsibility for highly available, security-critical banking systems. This includes:

• Active cooperation with our customers and specialist departments
• Responsibility for architecture and design decisions, further development of technical standards, and technical mentoring within the team

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Several years of professional experience as a Java backend developer, preferably JEE or Spring in the stack: Java 17+, REST, and event streaming (Kafka)
• Open communication skills, analytical thinking, and safety awareness
• Experience with Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes is an advantage
