Your profile

- 8+ years of experience developing server-side Java applications, preferably in the financial sector or other regulated high-performance domains - In-depth understanding of Java 21+ and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud) - Expertise in designing for high throughput and low latency, utilizing asynchronous processing and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) - Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native microservices on AWS, Azure, or GCP—including container orchestration (Kubernetes), service mesh, and service storage/services - Experience instrumenting applications for observability using Micrometer and OpenTelemetry, including metric collection (latency, error rates, throughput), distributed tracing across service boundaries, and context-aware logging to enable proactive monitoring and rapid incident diagnosis in production environments - Experience refactoring or migrating monolithic systems to microservice architectures - Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and familiarity with integrating generative AI tools into IDEs and code reviews - Ability to work autonomously within a global team environment and take the lead on initiatives with a positive attitude - Solution-oriented and able to work in an agile environment - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
