Your profile

- 8+ years of experience developing server-side Java applications, preferably in the financial sector or other regulated, high-performance domains - In-depth knowledge of Java 21+ and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud) - Expertise in designing for high throughput and low latency, utilizing asynchronous processing and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) - Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native microservices on AWS, Azure, or GCP—including container orchestration (Kubernetes), service meshes, and cloud storage/services - Knowledge of instrumenting applications for observability using Micrometer and OpenTelemetry, including metric collection (latency, error rates, throughput), distributed tracing across service boundaries and context-aware logging to enable proactive monitoring and rapid incident analysis in production environments – Experience refactoring or migrating monolithic systems to microservice architectures – Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and familiarity with integrating generative AI tools into IDEs and code reviews - Ability to work autonomously in a global team setting to take ownership of initiatives with a positive attitude - Solution-oriented and able to work in an agile environment - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
