As a Senior Java Engineer - Market Data Platform, you will be part of a highly focused team with a wide range of responsibilities. You will play an important role in the development of software solutions and work closely with the team.

Requirements

The following requirements are necessary:

• Strong academic background and a degree with a high mathematical and computer science content (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, or physics)
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with Java or Python as the primary language
• Knowledge of Java frameworks and a deep understanding of Java 8
• Deep knowledge of one or more relevant databases/technologies such as Iceberg, Postgres, or MongoDB
• 3+ programming languages and the ability to learn new languages
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and gather stakeholder requirements

Advantages, but not required

• Familiarity with distributed systems and architectures
• Experience with performance optimization and large data processing
