Tasks
- Developing tools, platforms and algorithms for Man's investment engines to drive global trading operations
- Evaluation and recommendation of new algorithms and trading strategies
- Optimization of all aspects of the retail life cycle
- Design and implement flexible software and tools to keep pace with market, asset class and regional expansion
Requirements
Required skills
- Expertise in Java
- Knowledge of FIX and/or
- Very good communication skills
- Knowledge of strong software engineering techniques and agile methods
- Passion for learning and development
Advantageous skills
- A good understanding of financial markets and instruments
- Experience with FIX
- Experience in working with quant teams/traders
- Python knowledge
- Experience with DevOps software and/or trading systems development
- Expertise in the development of distributed systems
- Experience with web-based development (TypeScript)
- Relevant mathematical knowledge
