Senior Customer Service Representative (Counter) (m/f/d) 80–100%

Raiffeisenbank Zurich is seeking a Senior Teller (m/f/d) who has completed banking training and has experience in a teller and customer-facing role, and who is customer-oriented and possesses excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will provide the highest level of customer service and become part of a dynamic team.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to work 80–100% of full-time hours.

Tasks

* Providing customer advice and support at the counter * Handling customer interactions at the highest level

Requirements

  • Completed banking training or an equivalent qualification, as well as experience working at the teller window and with customers
  • A strong focus on customers and service, combined with a high level of commitment, integrity, and transparency
  • A team- and customer-oriented, flexible, and well-rounded individual with good language skills in German (at least B2 level) and English
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office applications and SAP
