Senior Customer Service Representative, Basel (Full-time)

Tasks

• You will manage a portion of an existing client portfolio that has become available due to the retirement of a long-time client advisor, and you will assist these clients with all their financial matters.
• Through targeted acquisition and active management of your network, you will attract new customers and continuously build and expand your own client portfolio.
• You actively represent the bank at events and maintain personal contact with existing and potential customers.
• They work closely with our in-house experts and experts from the Knowledge Center, ensuring a comprehensive and high-quality service for our customers.

Requirements

• Several years of successful experience as a senior client advisor in private banking
• Additional training in banking (e.g., CFA, CIIA, AZEK) is a plus
• An established client base of high-net-worth individuals
• Enjoyment in acquiring new customers and willingness to be actively on the go.
• A strong desire to continuously expand your network—whether at events, through social media, or by making targeted personal connections
• Strong interpersonal skills, a charming and open personality
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of initiative, and resilience
• Strong interest in financial markets, the economy, and current developments
• Stylish communication in German and English
