Senior Customer Service Representative, Basel (Full-time)

Your tasks

• You will assist your clients with all their financial matters. At the same time, through targeted client acquisition and active networking, you will attract new clients and thus continuously build and expand your own client portfolio.
• You actively represent the bank at events and maintain personal contact with existing and potential customers.
• They work closely with our in-house experts from the Baumann Knowledge Hub, ensuring that our customers receive comprehensive, high-quality service.

Your profile

• Several years of successful experience as a senior client advisor in private banking
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA, AXFO) are a plus
• An established client base of high-net-worth individuals
• Enjoyment in acquiring new customers and willingness to be actively on the go
• A strong network. Your network brings benefits—whether at gatherings, events, or through targeted personal contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills, a charming and open personality
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of initiative, and resilience
• Strong interest in financial markets, the economy, and current developments
• Verbal Communication in German and English
