Senior Customer Service Representative, Operations Compliance Advisory Center

Tasks

• You will independently handle value-impacting due diligence engagements for Legal & Compliance, review internal billing, and manage the associated time allocations for the experts.
• You will handle the assigned tasks, process legal matters, and complete them on time.
• You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes, thereby contributing to their further development.

Requirements

• You have completed a vocational training program and have prior experience in the field of compliance. You are familiar with due diligence (VSB) and tax compliance (AIA, FATCA).
• You have strong, above-average oral and written communication skills in German. Knowledge of English and other languages is a plus.
• Your in-depth, detailed knowledge and your communication skills round out your profile.
