Senior Client Advisor Fund Formations (m/f/d)
The position of Senior Client Advisor Fund Formations involves the personal and holistic management of fund mandates as well as support with acquisition activities and the creation of individual fund solutions. The area of responsibility also includes supporting clients during the onboarding process and drafting contracts and fund documents.

Your challenge
- Personal, holistic and solution-oriented client support for fund mandates
- Support for company-wide acquisition activities
- Conducting customer meetings with potential new customers
- Creation and documentation of individual fund solutions
- Supporting clients during the onboarding process and in the further fund lifecycle
- Drafting of agreements and fund documents as well as setting up new funds and managing existing mandates
- Organization and management of the contract process and fund documents, including all necessary adjustments in connection with the implementation of new laws, regulations and directives in the specialist area of fund foundations
- Utilization for the formal or legal part of the implementation of changes to the fund documents, fund regulations and structural measures
Your profile
- Further training in the fund sector an advantage
- Sound professional experience in the fund business, ideally in customer service
- A good understanding of legal issues
- A systematic and structured way of working combined with a high service orientation
- Confident and convincing appearance with excellent manners
- Confident German and negotiation skills in English
