Senior Client Advisor Fund Formations (m/f/d)

Job description

Your challenge

• Personal, holistic and solution-oriented client support for fund mandates
• Support with company-relevant acquisition opportunities
• Conducting customer meetings with potential new customers
• Creation and documentation of individual fund solutions
• Supporting clients during the onboarding processes and in the further fund lifecycle
• Drafting of agreements and fund documents as well as setting up new funds and managing existing mandates
• Organization and administration of the contractual business and fund documents, including all necessary adjustments in cooperation with the internal legal department
• Use of information, e.g., when implementing changes to fund documents, fund strategies, and structural measures

Your profile

• Further training in the fund area an advantage
• Solid professional experience in fund management, ideally in customer service
• A good understanding of legal issues
• A systematic and structured way of working combined with a high service orientation
• Confident and convincing appearance with excellent manners
• Fluent in German and business fluent in English
