Senior Client Advisor:in 50 -100 %Tasks
- You are the host and first point of contact for our customers
- You advise our team-supported customers on basic products (savings, payments, investments and pensions)
- You work in a state-of-the-art bank in a central location at Zug station and have a well-functioning and well-coordinated team at your side
Requirements
- Completed banking training
- Several years of experience in customer service at a bank
- Communicative and open personality, enjoyment of customer contact and ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
- Anchoring in the canton of Zug an advantage
