Tasks

  • You will independently handle value-judgment-based investigations in the areas of legal and compliance by reviewing the conduct in question and taking responsibility for the resulting decision.
  • You will take on the scheduled appointments and to-do list assigned to you and complete them professionally and on time.
  • You will actively participate in the ongoing review of processes, thereby contributing to their further development.

Requirements

  • You have a background in banking and extensive experience in compliance. You are well-versed in due diligence (VSB) and tax compliance (AIA, FATCA).
  • You have an engaging and polished command of both spoken and written German. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Your understanding of derivative products is a key part of your profile.
  • Your dedication and openness will quickly make you a valuable team member.
