Senior Customer Advisor Zurich (100%)Your tasks
- You will support your clients in all financial matters. At the same time, you will acquire new clients through targeted acquisition and active maintenance of your network, thereby continuously building and expanding your own client portfolio.
- You actively represent the bank at events and maintain personal contact with existing and potential customers.
- They work closely with our internal experts and experts from the Baumann Knowledge Center, thus ensuring comprehensive, high-quality service for our customers.
Your profile
- Several years of successful experience as a customer advisor in private banking
- Further training in banking (e.g., CFA, CIA, AZEK) is an advantage
- Enjoyment in acquiring new customers and willingness to be actively on the go
- High motivation to continuously expand your network—whether at events, functions, or through targeted personal contacts
- Strong social skills, engaging and open personality, empathetic and trustworthy demeanor
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of initiative, and resilience
- Keen interest in financial markets, economics, and current developments, combined with a curious attitude and willingness to learn
- Confident communication in German and English
