Senior Lead, Architecture - Solutions

Tasks

- Participation in establishing new and existing supplier relationships - Evaluation and selection of existing and new technologies that best meet business or project needs - Promotion of knowledge sharing through consulting, presentations, and documentation - Experienced functional expert with technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise - Execution of complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues - Demonstrates a balanced, cross-functional perspective by working with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity - Strategic in the development, implementation, and management of programs in functional areas - Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fosters an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication

Requirements

- Deep knowledge of application or infrastructure system architecture, typically with experience in multiple system technologies - Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
