Senior Lead – IAM Products, Automation & Identity Platforms

Primary Responsibility

• Define and maximize the value derived from our overall product strategy and roadmaps
• Establish strategic capabilities in technical security controls, strong corporate partnerships with external companies, and internal processes
• Define and manage process controls and technical solutions
• Evaluate emerging technologies and new industry trends, and continuously improve risk management capabilities
• Establish business cases and business priorities, and provide mechanisms for successful product design

Product Ownership & Capability Management

• Own and/or develop a product strategy from the initial vision through backlog grooming and delivery
• Define the product vision, priorities, and structured planning mechanisms
• Partner with leaders, architects, and user communities to deliver strategic product capabilities
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of product enhancements
• Create product designs, user requirements, and product development principles

Automation & Engineering Management

• Lead the fall automation strategy across identity lifecycle operations, access governance, compliance, risk management, and technology
• Develop approaches to leverage automation through workforce enablers, orchestration, self-service technology, and solution design
• Partner with a team of automation engineers, operations engineers, and research engineers
• Provide an engagement team specializing in automation engineering, access governance, operational resilience, JML, governance, and control mechanisms
• Develop automation engines that support operations, assets, machines, and the identities of all devices

Strategy, Pipeline, and Transformation

• Lead automation and strategy transformation initiatives, including
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Authentication Modernization
• Identity Modernization
• Multi-Factor Access Control (MFAC)
• Fine-Grained Authorization
• Multifactor Authentication and MFA Deployment
• Access Governance & Administration
• Secure Network Segmentation
• Strong Application Access Controls
• Coordinate across engineering, architecture, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, the operating model, and business initiatives to ensure successful execution

Governance, Risk, and Regulation Alignment

• Partner with the product delivery team on roadmap development, planning, and the necessary capabilities
• Support audit assessments, certification, and management programs
• Partner with our audit, frameworks, and taxonomy capabilities to drive and enhance control design, evidence collectability, and automation
• Establish accountability for the delivery of core and critical capabilities and control requirements
