Senior Lead - Technology Risk and Control Self-Assessment

Tasks

The tasks include:

• Risk identification and control self-assessment
• Leadership in the assessment of inherent and residual technology risks and evaluation of the design and operational effectiveness of key controls
• Identification of control gaps, execution weaknesses, and process deviations, as well as clear articulation of causes, risk consequences, and control maturity level
• Ensuring that controls are appropriate, effective, and properly documented

Requirements

The requirements include:

• 10-15 years of experience in technology risk, risk and control self-assessment, IT risk assessment, or related roles
• Strong practical experience in leading and executing technology risk and control self-assessments (RCSA or experience with SOC 1/SOC 2 and/or SOX IT control testing, auditing IT general controls (ITGCs) and application controls)
• Solid understanding of technology risks, control design, and control effectiveness assessment
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Preferred certifications: CIA, CISA, CISSP, or CRISC
