Senior Legal Counsel Client Channels and Procurement (f/m/d)

Tasks

• In interdisciplinary collaboration with various stakeholders, you will support the development of innovative digital products, services, channels, and platforms throughout their entire lifecycle.
• You monitor legal, regulatory, and market-specific developments and assist in the implementation of sustainable measures.
• You will provide support for complex procurement and sourcing tasks with your legal expertise and experience.
• You will further develop legal principles and contract templates and share responsibility for designing and conducting internal training courses on legal issues.

Your profile

• University degree in law (lic.iur./M.Law), Swiss bar license an advantage
• In-depth legal knowledge of technology and contract law, in particular IT, IP, data protection law, AI regulation, and financial market regulation
• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally with a financial services provider, IT company, or law firm specializing in this field
• Conceptual thinking paired with strong analytical skills and a goal-oriented, hands-on approach to solving complex legal challenges pragmatically and independently
• Native German speaker with business fluent English
