Senior Management Assistant - Credit Risk Management 100% (f/m/d)

The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Senior Management Assistant for the Credit Risk Management team to support senior staff with administrative, logistical, and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in an international environment, preferably in banking, risk management, or finance.

Tasks

As a Senior Management Assistant, you are responsible for supporting management. Your responsibilities include:
  • Organization of internal and external meetings, including telephone and video conferences with a large number of stakeholders
  • Planning and management of business travel, including itinerary planning, flights, hotels, transfers, and expense reports
  • Research, support, and management of smaller projects and preparation of content for various topics
  • General administrative tasks and updating various documents, such as credit policies or the credit website
  • Preparation and coordination of regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
  • Providing administrative support for all departmental needs

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:
  • Commercial apprenticeship (KV) or equivalent; additional training as an executive assistant or in business administration would be a strong plus
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in an international environment, preferably in the banking, risk management, or finance industry
  • Discreet and trustworthy person with an absolute commitment to confidentiality
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
