Senior Management Assistant - Credit Risk Management 100% (f/m/d)
The position of Senior Management Assistant - Credit Risk Management at Julius Baer in Zurich involves administrative, logistical, and project-related tasks to support senior management. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in an international environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Tasks
- Organizing internal and external meetings, including telephone and video conferences with a large number of stakeholders
- Planning and managing business trips, including travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, transfers, and expense reports
- Researching, supporting, and managing smaller projects and preparing content for various topics
- General administrative tasks and updating various documents such as credit guidelines or the credit homepage
- Preparing and coordinating regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives for review and decision-making
- Providing administrative support for the overall operational needs of the department
Your profile
- Commercial training (KV) or equivalent; further training as an executive assistant or in business administration would be a strong advantage
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in an international environment, preferably in banking, risk management, or finance
- Discreet and trustworthy person with an absolute commitment to confidentiality
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
