Senior Management Assistant - Credit Risk Management 100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Senior Management Assistant for the Credit Risk Management team to support senior executives in administrative, logistical, and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an international environment, preferably in banking, risk management, or finance.
Tasks
- Organizing internal and external meetings, including telephone and video conferences with a large number of stakeholders
- Planning and managing business trips, including travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, transfers, and expense reports
- Researching, supporting, and managing smaller projects and preparing content for various topics
- General administrative tasks and updating various documents such as credit guidelines or the credit homepage
- Preparing and coordinating regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives for review and decision-making
- Providing administrative support for all departmental needs
Requirements
- Commercial diploma (KV) or equivalent; further training as an executive assistant or in business administration would be a strong advantage
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in an international environment, preferably within the banking, risk management, or finance industry
- Discreet and trustworthy person with absolute dedication to confidentiality
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Ability to function well in a highly dynamic and sometimes stressful environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
