Senior Manager - Head of APAC Regulatory

Tasks

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the APAC Technology Regulatory Compliance team to support regional technology control activities (including risk and control self-assessments), regulatory compliance, and response activities in the APAC regions. Stakeholder management both locally and globally. Management of governance packages, compliance reports/dashboards, and metrics for senior executives in the APAC region. Coordinate internal and external audit engagements for regulatory compliance. Conduct quarterly service reviews with Australia, reporting on technology key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) against our technology thresholds. Developed simple and automated technology risk reporting using automation and analytics. Led technology regulatory compliance operations to ensure appropriate reporting and timely response to regulatory audits in the APAC region. Influenced behaviors to reduce risk and foster a strong technology risk management culture across the organization.

Requirements

Deep understanding and experience with information security, IT audit, and/or IT risk management principles. Deep understanding of IT risk assessments and control testing. Experience with GRC systems (e.g., ServiceNow) preferred. Experience in automation and advanced data analysis, particularly risk analysis, preferred. Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, including experience in senior management relationships. Innovative thinking and leadership with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams. Highly flexible and adaptable to change, technologically forward-thinking. A bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, finance, information technology, management information systems, computer science, or a related field.
