Senior Marketing Officer

Tasks

Assist the Head of Marketing in organizing financial and lifestyle events to ensure that the events are successful and cost-effective, while taking budget and time constraints into account.

• Preparation, validation, and ensuring compliance with approved budgets
• Management of relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Overseeing the hiring and supervision of event staff (catering, hostesses, etc.)
• Coordinating all operations and logistics the day before the event and stepping in to resolve any issues to ensure that everything runs smoothly
• Overseeing promotional activities for events under his responsibility
• Preparation of digital and printed invitations to events
• Managing surveys by event, analyzing results, generating reports, and making recommendations for improvement
• Assist the Marketing Manager with ad hoc projects (customer insights, publications, partnerships, etc.)

Requirements

• Solid experience in the banking or financial industry
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial markets, along with the ability to learn technically complex transactions and implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Experience in executing successful marketing campaigns/events
