Zürcher Kantonalbank is looking for a Senior Associate Sales Management Private Banking who will be responsible for monitoring and managing sales performance and developing marketing campaigns and tools for Private Banking client advisors. Your tasks
- Marketing campaigns specifically tailored to the needs of private banking clients
- Provision of suitable tools, optimized processes and targeted training to support client advisors in Private Banking in their daily work
- Monitoring and managing sales performance and developing findings and recommendations for the Private Banking management team
- Active use of creative freedom and contribution of own ideas
Your profile
- Completed studies at a (technical) college or university
- Extensive experience in sales management in private banking with a focus on the investment and financing business
- Sales experience in private banking an advantage
- Strong creative and assertive skills as well as the ability and passion to work together across departments - complemented by strong stakeholder management
- Communicative, action-oriented and flexible personality with good assertiveness, strong self-motivation and presentation skills
- Excellent conceptual skills, combined with a strong solution orientation to master challenges in a structured and targeted manner
