Senior .Net Backend Engineer / AR Deputy 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

As Application Responsible Deputy, you will be part of an agile team. Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Demonstrate technological knowledge and experience with .NET technology (I-SQL, SQL Server, C#/C++, and services)
• Knowledge of front-end development (React, Angular) is an advantage.
• Use of monitoring tools such as ELK, Splunk, and Dynatrace to quickly identify and resolve production issues
• Understanding of standard IT governance processes and assumption of responsibility for the team's applications
• Proactive planning, coordination, and implementation of measures for risk management, security issues, vulnerabilities, upgrades, and other regulated improvements
• Understanding and application of IT service management principles, preferably based on ITIL 4, in agile and DevOps contexts
• Supporting the team in coordinating with release management to create RFCs with properly documented dependencies, deployments, and rollback procedures
• Building experience in DevOps teams in agile environments (SAFE) with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, etc.
• Ensuring minimum compliance of the team's applications and maintaining change documentation (solution design, security concept, service continuity (BCM), operational manual)
• Definition and validation of non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, capacity, availability, and disaster recovery)
• Advising the team on release decisions and monitoring the burn-in phase to ensure stability before full handover to business-as-usual operations (DevOps)

• 5+ years of practical experience in a similar role and environment
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines (continuous integration/continuous delivery), including pipeline design, security scanning integration, and controlled deployment workflows across environments
