Senior Non-Financial Risk Manager
The Senior Non-Financial Risk Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the non-financial risk management framework for Julius Baer’s Guernsey branch and supports the identification, assessment, and monitoring of non-financial risks. The position requires a combination of technical risk management skills, leadership qualities, and analytical thinking.
Tasks
- Support in the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of the non-financial risk management framework for the Guernsey branch to ensure consistency with group standards and GFSC regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the Guernsey branch risk management framework, including the local risk appetite and tolerance statements, in accordance with local regulatory requirements, business strategy, and group guidelines.
- Support in identifying, assessing, and monitoring non-financial risks at the branch, including financial crime risk, model conduct, business conduct, fraud, tax, technology and information security, people, model risk, business continuity, processing and settlement, legal, and regulatory risks.
- Coordination and support of the annual Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process for the Guernsey branch.
- Responsibility for the Key Control Plan and Global Minimum Controls (GMCs) for Guernsey.
- Monitoring and reporting on operational risk metrics, key risk indicators (KRIs), and emerging risk issues.
