Senior Officer - Transfer Agency - Private Equity Fund of Funds

Tasks

• Fund register and processing of transfers and conversions within these programs;
• Issuing confirmations of acceptance, capital call and distribution notices as well as investor communications (capital account balances, quarterly reports, financial reports, etc.) in a timely manner;
• Responsibility for the preparation of FATCA/CRS reporting;
• Maintaining records and maintaining and updating procedure manuals for transfer agency and anti-money laundering procedures.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, law or an equivalent subject;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a transfer agency role;
• Fluent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, knowledge of German is an advantage;
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of relevant AML/CFT requirements;
