Senior Officer - Transfer Agency - Private Equity Fund of Funds

Tasks

• Administration of fund registers and processing of transfers and conversions within these programs;
• Issuing confirmations of acceptance, capital call and distribution notifications as well as investor communications (capital account statements, quarterly reports, financial reports, etc.) within specified deadlines;
• Responsibility for the preparation of FATCA/CRS reports;
• Maintaining records and maintaining and updating procedure manuals for transfer agency and anti-money laundering procedures.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, law or an equivalent subject;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a transfer agency role;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; knowledge of German is an advantage;
• Proven knowledge of relevant AML/CFT requirements;
