Senior Officer - Transfer Agency - Private Equity Fund of Funds

Job description

Our LGT Fund Administrators (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l (the "Company") provides fund services mainly to private equity funds. The administration group manages over 30 billion euros in assets. The Company has established an office in Luxembourg and is looking for a motivated Senior Officer to join our Transfer Agency team.

Tasks

• Fund register and processing of transfers and conversions within these programs;
• Issue confirmations of acceptance, capital call and distribution notices as well as investor communications (capital accounts statements, quarterly reports, financial reports, etc.) in a timely manner;
• Responsibility for the preparation of FATCA/CRS reporting;
• Maintaining records and maintaining and updating procedure manuals for transfer agency and anti-money laundering procedures.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, law or an equivalent field;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a transfer agency role;
• Fluent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, knowledge of German is an advantage;
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of relevant AML/CFT requirements;
