Senior OMS Developer

Your role

As a Senior Developer (Order Management System) at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and further development of the global trading system (FIS Front Arena) and will provide outstanding services to all stakeholders at our international locations in order to create long-term added value for the company.

Your tasks

• Maintenance and further development of the Order Management System (OMS)
• Collaborate with the business unit to improve services or implement new requirements in the relevant areas, including networking.
• Implementation and development of new integrations, market connections, and functionalities within our Front Arena trading system
• Supporting the business unit in automating daily work
• Work to improve system stability and performance

Your profile

• University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline, or completed vocational training or similar banking training
• 3-5 years of practical experience in the Front Arena OMNI/AMS field
• Industry-specific knowledge is required
• Knowledge of Front Arena Automation, Microsoft Windows Server, and MS SQL is required.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol, Python, PowerShell, and SQL is required.
• Knowledge of Front Arena PRIME/ADS is an advantage.
• Experience with support and maintenance
• Successful track record in the front arena
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and work under pressure
• Practical mindset and willingness to take on responsibility
• Ability to build and lead through appropriate architectural designs
• Fluent English; fluent German is an advantage
