Senior Operational Risk Manager
Bank J. Safra Sarasin is seeking an experienced Senior Operational Risk Manager to support operational risk management in accordance with FINMA regulations and to coordinate group-wide consistency. The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience in audit or operational risk management and excellent communication skills.
Your role
As a Senior Operational Risk Manager at the bank, you are an experienced professional who wants to contribute to the bank’s operational risk framework and support the Group’s consolidated regulatory compliance efforts.Your tasks
- Advancing the RCSA Processes
- Monitoring Outsourcing and Third-Party Risks
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework
- Coordinating Group-Wide Consistency
Your profile
- A college degree in finance or economics
- 10 years of practical experience in the field of auditing or operational risk, including, in particular, the implementation of regulatory frameworks and operational risks
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Avaloq is a plus
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, demonstrated through collaboration with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English with very good French skills; fluency in German is a plus
