Senior Operations Specialist (m/f/d)
DZ Privatbank is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to serve as an operational all-rounder and subject matter expert in various areas, including operations, management support, and control functions. The position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including providing technical support, coordinating and processing payments, troubleshooting, optimizing processes, and handling regulatory matters.
Tasks
- Technical Support: Setting up and maintaining the fund, derivatives, and environmental registries - Reconciliation & Payments: Monitoring payment transactions, portfolio reconciliations, and accounts - Troubleshooting: Serving as the first point of contact for unforeseen issues related to order processing and payments - Management Support, Regulatory & Control:- Deputy: Technical leadership of two teams
- Regulatory & Tax: Overseeing and managing tax processes and issues
- Process Optimization: Analysis and Efficiency Improvement
- Outsourcing Monitoring: Implementation and Monitoring of Outsourced Securities Master Data Management
- Interface monitoring: Ensuring accurate data transfer and quality assurance in collaboration with the external provider
- Operational Support: Assistance with the creation, modification, and quality assurance of customer master data in the central registry
