Senior Payment & Investigation Specialist (m/f)

Job description

Senior Payment & Investigation Specialist (m/f) with a 100% workload.

Tasks

• Collaborate on projects and system tests related to the implementation of new or improved applications, automation, digitization, and process optimization
• Technical consulting for internal and external departments, as well as conducting the necessary investigations
• Correspondence and telephone contact with internal and external parties, including our external payment service providers
• Monitoring and processing of pending and closed transactions
• Refunds from external banks for overpayments

Requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training with additional training in banking
• 3–5 years of experience in international and domestic payments at a bank
• Familiarity with the IT system landscape in interbank payments
• Knowledge of finance and accounting is an asset
• Experience in project management related to payment transactions at a bank
• A self-motivated, service-oriented individual with strong communication skills
• A strong sense of responsibility and duty, excellent self-management skills, and the ability to work independently
