Senior Payment & Investigation Specialist (m/f) 80 - 100 %

Your tasks

• Processing and release of domestic and foreign customer orders, as well as workflow processing EuroSIC, SIC, SWIFT and DTA
• Specialist processing for internal and external bodies and taking on the relevant clarifications
• Collaboration in projects and system tests for the implementation of new or improved applications, automation, digitalization and process optimization
• Processing of internal payment orders for trading, securities and mortgages
• Control and independent monitoring with internal and external bodies, including our external payment service providers
• Monitoring and processing pending and completed transactions
• Processing of balance reconciliations and bank checks
• Liquidity monitoring of our correspondent accounts
• Returns from amounts due from external banks
• Representation of the Head of Payments

Your profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training with further banking training
• Sound professional experience in relations with correspondent banks
• 3 - 5 years of experience in international and national payment transactions at a bank
• Affinity for the IT system landscape in interbank payment transactions
• Knowledge of finance and finances is an advantage
• Interest and ideally experience in project management
• Confident oral and written expression in German. Additionally good knowledge of English
• High sense of responsibility and duty as well as good self-organization and willingness to go the "extra mile"
• Willingness to learn new things and grow with the bank
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
