Senior Payment & Investigation Specialist (m/f)

Your tasks

• Participation in projects and system testing related to the implementation of new or improved applications, automation processes, and mappings
• Technical consulting for internal and external departments, as well as handling related closing procedures
• Correspondence and telephone communications with internal and external departments, including monitoring and processing pending authorizations
• Monitoring and Handling Allegations of Fraud from External Banks
• Analysis and System Entries Regarding Suspicious Transactions

Your profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training with additional training in banking
• 3–5 years of experience in international and domestic payments at a bank
• Familiarity with the Glarner Kantonalbank's ITS system landscape
• Knowledge of Finnish and Finfra is a plus
• Experience in project management at a bank
• A proactive, service-oriented, and communicative individual
• A strong sense of responsibility and duty; excellent self-management skills and a strong work ethic
