Senior Payment & Investment Specialist [m/f]

Your tasks

• Participation in projects and system tests related to the implementation of new or improved applications, automations, and process optimizations
• Technical consulting for internal and external entities, as well as handling related legal proceedings
• Technical solution for internal and external banking service providers (customer contacts) in the field of payment services
• Correspondence and telephone communication with internal and external departments (including monitoring and processing pending payments and responding to inquiries related to security considerations)

Your profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training with additional training in banking
• 3–5 years of experience in a bank’s domestic and international payment processing (domestic payments)
• Familiarity with the IT system landscape both domestically and internationally, as well as in the finance and banking sectors
• Experience in project management in the area of payment processing at a bank
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
• The ability to work independently, professionally, and efficiently; excellent language skills (German and English); fluency
